Purchasing a home is stressful a home inspection will relieve some of this stress by giving you an objective evaluation of the homes condition. During the purchase process you will be asked to absorb a great deal of information in a short period of time. Your inspection report gives you a written record of deficiencies that were identified, that you can review at your leisure. Most of these items will be maintenance recommendations, life expectancies, and minor imperfections. These are nice to know about. However, the issues that really matter will fall into four categories:
1. Major deficiencies.
2. Things that lead to major deficiencies.
3. Safety hazards
4. Deficiencies that require immediate attention.
I am trained to; identify deficiencies that may exist, explain them to you, and make recommendations on how and when any deficiencies should be addressed.
