Are you a certified home inspector?
Yes. I have a diploma with distinction in home inspections from St. Lawrence College and I am an applicant member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.

How do I book an inspection?

How soon can I have my inspection done?
Normally an inspection can be booked within two days of your call. 613-330-1842 Please understand that the number of home inspections increases at certain times through the year and this may delay your inspection.
How long does an inspection take?
On most homes, an inspection can be completed in 2.5to 3 hours. A home larger than 1500 square feet will normally take a little longer.
Do I have to be there during the inspection?
It is recommended that you attend the inspection as this provides you an opportunity to ask questions. It also allows me to describe any deficiencies found and to explain about regular home maintenance.
